Mechanisms
Main Mechanism using a vertical conveyor belt and beads that drop to recreate a rain sound. Other mechanism made to move characters legs slightly upward representing the character getting comfortable when the rain starts.
Model done in Fusion for scale and aesthetic experimentation.
Final Construction
Final Product made with MDF with all mechanisms hidden in bottom box area. Adorned with laser printed pieces and other small details to further the concept. Character made of wood was sourced from a store.
